Late Policy
If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the service will be adjusted to a lower level. For instance, a full haircut service will be changed to a clean-up, and a hair and beard service will become a haircut without a beard. If a client is 15 minutes late, the appointment will be forfeited. We value your time and strive to maintain a punctual schedule to ensure the best possible experience for all our valued clients. Please note you will be charged for the full amount of the service you initially booked, even if your appointment is forfeited due to violating our late policy.
